How to get vaccinated

  • WALK-INS - you will be asked to complete a consent form, provide identification and any insurance cards to bill the vaccine and administration fee. Most Insurance covers the flu but some do not cover the administration fee. There is a $25 administration fee if your insurance does not cover this. Patients with appointments will be taken first.

  • BOOK an APPOINTMENT - two options:
  1. Simply Click on the Button above - This will give you access to our booking calendar. Select a date and time that works for you.
  2. CALL US! Dial 610-494-1445 and press 112. We will gladly schedule an appointment for you!

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ACCESS A COMPUTER AND HAVE NO ONE TO HELP YOU, PLEASE CALL US AT 610-494-1445 and press 112 to schedule an appointment. If we do not answer, leave a message and we WILL call you back!

Prior to your appointment

Please click on the buttons to learn more about our vaccine and our privacy policy. You will be asked to sign your consent form verifying that you have read both of these documents prior to receiving your vaccination.

You may print out the Flu Consent Form, complete it and bring it with you on the day of your appointment.

On the DAY of your appointment

  • On the day of your appointment, IF YOU BOOKED ON-LINE, simply arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment time. You will need to complete a consent unless you printed and completed one at home.

  • IF YOU WALK-IN, you may need to wait up to an hour before getting vaccinated. You will need to read the Vaccine INFORMATION sheet, complete the consent form and provide insurance information prior to being vaccinated. To save time, you may access the information here:

After your appointment

YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMAIN IN THE STORE FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES so we can monitor you for any allergic reaction.
